Birds on the Bat is currently a school project run by myself, Collin Wenger, which started in the fall of 2014. However, my passion for baseball and the St. Louis Cardinals runs for much longer than that. Ever since I was a young kid, I've followed the game, played the game, and ultimately, enjoyed the game. The Cardinals have always been my team, which I have my father to thank for that. The purpose behind the blog is a simple one. I want to inform readers fans of the team not just about what happens on the field, but off the field as well. Opinions and lively discussions are always welcomed.
